We have completed the development and will be commercializing "Odai Salt," one of the products in the Odai brand's eating forest series, which we have been planning and developing for some time.
We have carefully selected salts that enhance the flavor of ingredients and flavored them with essential oils extracted from kuromoji, hinoki cypress, and yuzu produced in Odai Town, Mie Prefecture. We plan to announce product details and launch sales in mid-December 2021.
