The light presence of the Japanese Stewartia creates a calming atmosphere in any room, adding unpretentious warmth to modern interiors.
◎The scent is the same for both Japanese Stewartia and Japanese Hornbeam, so you can choose your preferred design.
※Depending on the harvesting season, some Japanese Stewartia branches may have buds at their tips. In such cases, the appearance may differ from the image.

〈Precautions〉
・As this is a natural material, mold may grow on the branches. If mold does occur, rinse thoroughly with water, dry in the sun, and reinsert into the bottle after it has completely dried.
・The pigment from the branches may leach out, causing the fragrance water to become cloudy yellow or brown, but this does not affect the quality, so please use with peace of mind.
・Avoid high temperatures, high humidity, and direct sunlight when placing.
・Keep out of reach of children.
・If the liquid comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with water or lukewarm water.
・The branches used in this product have undergone heat drying treatment after harvesting. Therefore, some growing branches may turn black. The color may differ from the product photos, but there is no problem with the quality or use.

Q. How long does the scent last?
A. Approximately 1.5 months after opening. Refills for fragrance water and replacement sticks are also available.
Q. Can it be refilled?
A. Yes. You can reuse the same bottle and branches with refills. You can choose from two types: "Forest Scent" and "Forest Scent (light type)."
Q. Is there a difference in scent between Japanese Stewartia and Japanese Hornbeam?
A. The scent is the same. Please choose based on your preferred design (branch shape).
Q. Can I purchase it as a gift?

Q. Mold grew on the branches. What should I do?
A. Rinse thoroughly with water, dry in the sun, and then reuse.
Q. The diffuser liquid has changed color (become yellowish). Is that a problem?
A. Over time, the pigment from the bark may leach out, causing the liquid to change color. This is a normal part of the product's specifications and does not indicate a problem. Please enjoy the slow changes as an expression of the natural material's passage of time.
Q. Can I return or exchange the product?
A. We generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
