※Please note that due to resource availability, the included Hornbeam branches may be replaced with Japanese hornbeam branches. While the tree species name differs, both are types of hornbeam and their appearance is similar.

・As this is a natural material, mold may occur on the branches. If mold does occur, please wash thoroughly with water, dry completely in the sun, and then reinsert into the bottle for use.
・The pigment from the branches may leach out, causing the fragrance water to become cloudy yellow or brown, but this does not affect the quality, so please use with peace of mind.
・Avoid high temperatures, high humidity, and direct sunlight when placing.
・Keep out of reach of children.
・If the liquid comes into contact with skin, wash immediately with water or lukewarm water.

Q. Is there a difference in scent between Stewartia and Hornbeam?
A. The scent is the same. Please choose based on the design (shape of the branches) you prefer.

Q. My branches got moldy. What should I do?
A. Wash thoroughly with water, dry in the sun, and then reuse.
Q. The diffuser liquid has changed color (become yellowish). Is this a problem?
A. Over time, the pigment from the tree bark may leach out, causing the liquid to change color. This is a characteristic of the product and not a problem. Please enjoy the slowly changing appearance as a natural progression of the natural materials.
Q. Can I return or exchange the product?
A. We generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
