This is a scented salt made with natural fragrances of kuromoji, cypress, and yuzu, developed under the supervision of Chef Yuya Yamamoto of the restaurant "cultivate" in Ureshino, Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, which was awarded a Bib Gourmand in the "Michelin Guide 2019", to enhance the flavor of ingredients.
Based on the concept of "Eating the Forests of Okuise's Odai Town", natural fragrances extracted from trees grown in Odai Town are used.

・Kuromoji
The saltiness and bitterness of kuromoji enhance the flavor of ingredients.
Recommended for salads and meat dishes.
・Hinoki (Cypress)
A refreshing aroma perfect as an accent.
It pairs perfectly with meat dishes, fish dishes like carpaccio, and even chocolate.
・Yuzu
The gently spreading sweet and sour aroma is not only excellent for sweets, but also for fish dishes.
